Refund Policy 3.1 Herbal Tea Sales Because our herbal teas are consumable goods: All herbal tea sales are final No refunds or exchanges once the product has shipped Exceptions may be considered for damaged or incorrect orders If your item arrives damaged: We will replace the item or issue store credit if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. 3.2 Event Refund Policy Due to planning, materials, and limited space, the following applies: A. Standard Workshops, Classes, and Community Events Refunds available if canceled 14 days or more before the event Cancellations between 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: non-refundable B. Retreats or Multi-Day Events Refunds available if canceled 30 days before the event Within 30 days: non-refundable unless the spot is filled by another participant C.
